Well 5 stars for the customer support I receive rather than product itself I find most of the advanced feature is rather a hit or miss so I decide to hit home There is not an official button or function to open a refund ticket instead one has to rely on the chat service located at the left lower end of the screen Fast response time better than it was reviewed on reddit or any social media platform I read They confirmed my refund was processed and I shall have it in the next 7-10 working days Will see how it goes
