When I enrolled with the Stratford

When I enrolled with the Stratford Career Institute I spoke with a representative over the phone I did not take the online program at the time my program was going to be mailed to me After waiting two weeks for the program I called Stratford and changed to the online program Initially when I enrolled I was not informed that I had 5 days to review the program in order to freely cancel without penalty Within two days of receiving the program online I canceled the program over the phone with a representative At that time I was not made aware of a five-day cancellation grace period until much later I received a 129 bill for the cancellation fee When I called the Stratford Career Institute to complain the customer service insisted that I did have a 5-day grace period to cancel and told me that the matter was now in collection and there was nothing that could be done to resolve the matter Beware of the contract Diane Lucas

This school is a sham in my oponion

This school is a sham in my oponion I was not encouraged at all to pursue this institute Just talking to the woman who answers the phone she was rude and not forth coming with specific questions I had I felt she was hiding the fact they probably have no bang for the buck they want from you I asked to talk to someone in admissions about the course outline she kept saying go online I told her I did and I had further questions and she said sorry there was no one to talk to except her with that I was done She then actually laughed and hung up on me I couldn t believe it anybody can print brochures and make a website but after you ve sent them hundreds of dollars to start a program they could simply not give you good content and you are out all the money this is one of those places I believe so stay clear away

It s not accredited school so it doesn t count towards anything You don t get a diploma certificate out of it It s for money it s a load of crap and lies they sell you to believe it s accredited

This is the biggest joke

This is the biggest joke They locked me out of my classes after paying the second monthly payment for over 8 weeks I could not get into my account to complete the so called coursework Then sent me to collections for not paying for a school I could not get into They were rude when I called and let s say not the brightest star in the sky You would be better off doing research on line and creating your own courses and degree I got into CFSU after my encounter with this school and let me tell you there s a big difference in a going to school to say you know something and going to actually learn something This isn t worth your time nor does it look good on a resume Just saying

A blantant scam

A scam like no other I signed up for a drafting class And not only did they not send the materials to me They actually never had the materials it was constantly back ordered I was waiting for a month for these things to arrive and in the middle of the course they did a bait and switch and turned the mechanical drafting course into a civil course No geometric constructions and no engineering drafting graphics They re still charging my card screw these scammers All I wanted to do is upskill myself the least you could ve done is given me a quality and relevant course You re not getting a cent out of me

I would give Stratford Career Institute zero stars if I could Their courses are all subjective reading and not well written Their test questions are not about the main points of the reading material It makes no sense At the start of this course which I am still paying for and will slog my way though just for that reason I considered another course but changed my mind before receiving any materials There cancellation policy sucks I had not received the materials but since it had been after 5 days I owed them 100 So stupid Don t go here The affordability is not worth it if you don t learn anything

Stay away from this place The school is not legit The program diploma is not recognized anywhere It s program booklets that you can buy on Amazon that you have multiple choice exams for Their payment system is a joke They lose information charge late then try to charge you 30 dollars for it Avoid at all costs

This place is a complete joke They lie about their admission process and withdrawing Lied about answering and returning calls as if calls are not recorded today in your call log when you contact them Don t trust the layout that drawer is in Thankfully we read more before wasting anymore money Now trying scam for cancellation that they refused answer the phone to cancel
