Very Slow and terrible customer service

Not a great company to deal with I was looking for genuine xiaomi forms due to buying two sets of alloy ones from amazon so did the right thing message scooterguys first to make sure these were in fact genuine they quickly replied yes they are genuine steel forks so i purchased them Only when they arrived the had sent me Mak1 forks so straight away message them for resolution i had to send them back to be replaced at my cost i sent the forks back and instead asked for refund as i had found genuine from another company next day however this took ages a week almost they had recieved the forks back and yet no refund so i messaged and a few days later they messaged back refund done an hour later yes refund done less the cost of me posting the forks back that they had sent wrong overall they take very long to respond to customers and if you dont keep check i doubt they refund all customers either unless you remind them

I havent got my spareparts yet Its over a week ago since i made the order id triede to contact scooterguys at mail but they are not returning back When i contact the delivery service they told me that the tracking number not exist My order number is 5000Tnx for the answer but why are you answer the mails i send you

Scooter guys you are not answer my emails My parcel is not send yet from the delivery service you use of trues to mail them but with no luck It have nothing to do as you told me last at thrustpilot that in from an european country the parcel is still laying in the shipping company Pls contact them so my parcel get send otherwise give me a mail to you that you answer so i can get my money back

Customer service over the phone is borderline dreadful email response is not much better Your attitude and lack of any enthusiasm whatsoever just cost you a 200 sale I reviewed you guys a couple of years ago and you were bad then - nothing has improved I m afraid UPDATE - you have stated that you don t seem to have any communication from me - would you like me to copy and paste the 2 emails that I sent you so we can all see the truth

Beware Don t buy Horrible quality

Updated since owner is lying I call it a go cart and they call it a Buggy pretty much same thing It s a Vitacci Rebel 150cc Don t fall for their scams I bought a go-kart for my daughter as a Christmas gift but it broke after 2 DAYS Do NOT BUY their cheap go carts They don t want to give me my money back or fix it HORRIBLE QUALITY It doesn t shift correctly and it broke after 2 days of having it It shut off while driving and I had to push it home with my daughter I tried reaching out to both the salesperson owner and the mechanic multiple times This was supposed to be a Christmas gift from Santa and now my daughter is disappointed and I m left with a broken go-kart The company refuses to provide a refund or resolve the issue Very unfair and unprofessional I strongly advise against doing business with these people
