Had a few emergencies which never fixed
Had a few emergencies which never fixed 1st time then I am billed for further call outs even though I mention not to generate another invoice When calling to report this no-one actually listens to my problem and it then grows arms and legs Attitude of engineers who came around 5pm or later is poor Also trying to log on to the app is an absolute joke cant get in even when u change ur password

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO IT WOULD BE ONE STAR TOOMANY ON ADVICE FROM A SOLICITOR i WROTE ASECOND COMPLAINT LETTER ON THE 16TH MARCHMENTIONING THAT I WILL BE REFERING MY COMPLAINT WHICH HAS BEEN ONGOING SINCESEPTEMBER 2023 TO OFGEM TOGETHER WITHLEGAL PROCEEDINGS TO DATE NO REPLYTHIS BEGGARS BELIEF WHAT ON EARTH DOTHE EMPLOYEES OF SCOTTISH GAS DO TOEARN A SALARY ALL INFORMATION SUPPLIEDTO THEM AND IGNORED

COMPLETE LACK OF CUSTOMER CARE
If I could give less than zero stars to Scottish Gas I would their attitude towards customers who paytheir bills is beyond the pale a contact form completed on line dated 2nd February has hadno response my letter of COMPLAINT to theirhead office in Rotheringham of 12th Februaryhas been ignored it is now March surelyan acknowledgement is in order What on earth do the employees of the companydo for their monthly pay as they are certainly NOTdealing with their customers in the proper fashion

3 visits from DynoRod their expert division for a leaking radiator Soaking carpet Still not fixed In the past Scottish Gas replaced valves Obviously not an option with DynoRod After second visit we said we didn t want DynoRod back but told had to be them Purs us off staying with them

Scottish Gas - failure after failure
Despite having homecare cover we have now had appointments to repair our boiler cancelled for the FIFTH time The boiler has been broken since Monday meaning no heating or hot water in a vulnerable household for almost a week They will promise visits just to get you off the phone then no one turns up The lack of heating resulted in a burst pipe adding to the stress of the situation Absolutely APPALLING service I wouldn t trust anything they tell you

UPDATE SINCE MY REVIEW OF 28TH MARCH I HAVENOW RECEIVED A FURTHER LETTER FROM SCOTTISH GAS LEGAL DEPARTMENT ADVISING THAT IF OWE 550 PLUS THEY HAVE IGNOREDTHE CONTACT FORM I COMPLETED ADVISINGOF THE INCORRECT BILLS I HAD RECEIVED THISIS BEYOND A JOKE I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO RESOLVE THE SITUATION SINCE SEPTEMBERLAST YEAR THE COMPANY IS NOT FIT FORPURPOSE I WOULD VERY MUCH LIKE TOKNOW WHAT EMPLOYEES DO FOR THEIR JOBAS THEY CERTAINLY DO NOT DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS VALID COMPLAINTS

Our central heating broke down 15 hours ago and there is still no sign of an engineer Taking into account we live in Scotland and it s December it s freezing Scottish Gas are a total JOKE Quick enough taking your hard earned cash for their Homecare but they really couldn t care less I m having to stay in bed as I suffer from Asthma a fact that they are aware of but oblivious I can t put electric heaters on as they exasperate asthmatic symptoms Another Company full of Fat Cat salaries and a sh attitude toward customers Hope you are all comfortable in your centrally heated homes offices

What a way to treat a vulnerable customer
Wish I could give negative stars - would be at least 5 if I could Dreadyl customer service from people I think robots who cannot speak English and who converse in set texts Have had issues since their new billing system was brought in last year culminating this month To avoid a complete breakdown of my already poor mental health I paid the account having being threatened with debt collectors What a way to treat a vulnerable disabled customer

After my mum passed away last year
After my mum passed away last year I took over her accounts Scottish gas decided to move my mums account over to a new billing system Making up meter readings as actual NOT estimate which were way out as house was lying empty and nothing is being used Have contacted them 9 times since January trying to get an actual bills instead of the well inflated bills which if I pay I will never see a refund Now I have been told I have been forwarded to a debt collection agency IF THEY SEND ME THE RIGHT INVOICES I WILL PAY THEM
