Ease of ordering and collecting product

I ordered a jar of Cadbury s Caramel spread on 3rd Dec and went to shop to collect No knowledge of it and no parcel in shop for me Asked who I ordered it from I said Scottish grocers but the shop said it would have to be a supplier such as Amazon I was just totally puzzled and extremely disappointed in Scottish grocers and their incompetence and failure to assure me it would be delivered to the grocer in Newcraighall Edinburgh However following this after I reviewed my poor experience I got a message from whom I presume to be the owner of the shop and was working in their other shop in Edinburgh assuring me it should have been given to me from their stock and offered to deliver it to my door which he kindly did the next day So I indeed would use Scottish grocers again I think the guy in the shop who dealt with me was new Hence 5 stars now for good customer service which meant so much to me

Scottish Grocers we re amazing I called them from Cornwall and asked lots of questions especially regarding expiration date considering the company who usually make product doesn t anymore which is sad however saying that Scottish Grocers were awesome in providing what I required and with a long shelf life than you for an amazing service and delivery
