Needed a complicated zip issue repaired in a rainproof jacket Excellent service first via email and website form to fill in and item to be despatched to them We were notified it was in the queue for repair and it arrived not long afterwards Extremely happy with this company Great customer service Job well done Carmel

Fantastic repair to Eagle Creek duffel bag
My Eagle Creek duffel bag had been lost by an airline and then when it was located they flew it half way round the world New Zealand to London and it arrived with holes rips and a ruined zip I really thought it could not be mended but sent it to Scottish Mountain gear who returned it to me a few weeks later in perfect condition It s as good as new I received great service from them and am really impressed by the quality of the repair

Awesome service
Absolutely delighted with my tent repair from this local Scottish company Staff were knowledgeable friendly and responded quick to any questions I had The repair itself was exceptional quality and turnaround time of 2 weeks was much less than I expected I will be using them again in the future Thank you so much

Very Impressed with Dry Cleaning and Mending Service
Having read all the positive feedback for this company I decided to try them out and sent my pre-loved and ripped North Face jacket I received it back mended and dry cleaned within the given period The jacket is now in better condition than when I first bought it The delivery service was very fast Overall I could not recommend them more Thank you

What a fantastic job
What a fantastic job I had two mosquito end panels made for my Hilleberg Akto inner to increase the ventilation SMG even put in zipped panels to close the mesh I could not recommend highly enough and a very reasonable price Many thanks

No need for a new bag
Having broken the main zip on my very worn nine-year old running bag I was prepared to buy a new one Sent it off to SMG to see if it could be replaced it s not a standard zip before I went shopping It came back within a few weeks and looks like a new bag complete with shiny working zip and a patched up hole Won t be buying a new bag and in future will send any sports equipment that needs some TLC to Scottish Mountain Gear
