Delivery lorry wrecked my driveway - 14 slabs broken and manhole cover cracked Office refusing to rectify - I ve emailed photos and phoned numerous times Nothing left but to report this to my home insurance to sue them as they simply aren t accepting responsibility

Unfortunately Scotwaste has let our business down repeatedly over the past 6 months We are supposed to have our bins collected fortnightly but 9 out of 10 times we have to call to find out where the drivers are and if they are going to collect that day or even that week We ve attempted to end our contract early due to this ongoing issue but have been refused Our bin sits directly outside our Beauty Salon and because of the late collections it frequently overflows causing an eyesore for our customers As a result I now find myself visiting the local skip every week just to maintain the appearance of our shop It s especially disappointing because we had no issues with Scotwaste during our first year of their service The staff on the phone have also been rude and unhelpful when our team tries to get information about our bin collections We can no longer recommend this company

Now had 5 exchanges on my skips fantastic company to deal with when you call to arrange a skip it comes and when you call to exchange it comes on time Highly recommend and cost is brilliant

Thanks to Kayleigh and Francis for bailing me out at the last min with a 20 yard skip I have used a lot is skip companies and there all the same with deliveries and collecting the skips but these people will go that extra mile Tks for your help again
