I dropped my phone smashing its screen beyond use just before New Years Eve I have a Samsung S10 and Samsung themselves wanted 310 and wouldn t be able to even look at repairing it until Feb 1st over a month later But I saw Fix-my-phone and after seeing them offer the screen for 230 plus the whole process would be done in 3-4 working days which sounded brilliant so did that plus a new battery too and was still cheaper than Samsung direct They have a live chat on their website too and speaking with Kyle on it was great and he was reassuring as I was hesitant using a service I hadn t heard before Very friendly and helpful So glad I did use them They sent first-class secure packaging for my phone to be sent in with insurance up to 1k and it was so easy to do They provide tracked posting so I could see when my phone reached them and it was perfect I sent the phone off Thursday morning They received it Friday morning the technician Jake fixed it Friday afternoon and I had it back Saturday 10am Unbelievable turnaround and service My phone works great I m so glad I get to keep all my data stored on it by not having to get a new phone and the biometrics on my phone work better than when I bought it originally so Jake makes a screen better than Samsung themselves I don t aim to smash my screen again anytime soon but going forward I m only using fix-my-phone Great service by helpful people Would recommend

SCAMMERS DONT SEND THEM ANYTHING

Given the run around by Matt from this business Which has been taken over by a company called ifracture aka Display Rescue based in Sutton-in-Ashfield Sent them a couple of cracked iPhone screens valued at over 100 and after over a week of chasing am now being ignored Will be reporting them to trading standards and action fraud

I got scammed Matt disappeared after I paid for my screen He then also scammed the company who introduced me to him He has subsequently also been removed from eBay
