Not 100 satisfied like the wed site said
I would like to start off Im not this person 100 un satisfaction I Bought shoes my size I wore them in my house for like 10 minutes And they HURT MY FEET So I returned them It took weeks I called the said it was still in transit So again about 3 weeks go by and on my porch was a box to day 10 28 20 My shoes had been returned to me with the statement that they had been worn So I called customer service the lady said sorry that they had been returned because they had heavy stains and the tag was removed My puppy pulled off when I was putting in the box to return I told her and I told here they had been worn inside only they are not stained and all the tags are in the box how hard is it to retage and the little plastic part was still attached to shoe And everything is there She just said it was policies And agin intold her that i did wear them but inside and everything was in box But she couldn t help or suggest any other solution So 100 satisfaction is a joke I cant get my money back And she didn t even care So note to anybody who buys from here Dont take take tag off and dont even walk in them in your home before you make the decision to keep them Because you will get them returned to you with no refund or exchange Most places will let you return a pair of shoes if the dont fell good after a day of wear Not the case for even 10 minutes in house I did take pictures of the bottom of shoes with no stains and all tags inside shoes

Only care about getting some one s money
I had my info Hacked I cancelled the order with them the day after it was placed and I saw the confirmation Months later today I get another email saying the order shipped I called them back and they wouldn t give me a reason as why it was never cancelled after they told me it was Months ago They could only tell me that i need to contact Pay Pal to dispute the charges the person who placed it must have changed it to someone else s Pay Pal All they care about is getting some ones money

Issues with 2 seperate orders
We place 2 seperate orders both of which have taken over 1 month and still have recieved the full order on one and missing one scrub top on the other order The first order we paid extra to add our logo they sent out the scrubs with no logo and when I called about it claimed that I had ordered them without a logo- checked my order info and this wasn t true still waiting on the embroidered order When I called customer service they informed me that it could take 14 days I responded that it had been over 1 month to which she had no reply or help As for the second order where we were just missing one plain scrub top without logo it has been over 3 weeks and we recieved all but the top When I asked about that again she had no reply- just that it was still processed she had no tracking number or date that would be shipped

Very Frustrated
I ordered my scrubs 10 22 24 and today is 11 05 24 My items all show in stock but still have not shipped Every time I call they are not able to give me an answer as to when my scrubs will be shipped Or why they have not shipped The website clearly said same day or next day shipping for in stock items I only purchased 4 items 2 tops and 2 bottoms This definitely has been a horrible and frustrating experience

Super Slow Shipping Charged for Returns
Absolutely horrible experience My order took 3 weeks to be delivered so I obviously had to purchase scrubs elsewhere for work Then come to find out they charge 5 to return the items that took 3 weeks to get to me Customer service was rude in general We as healthcare providers and as customers deserve better than this awful company I ll stick with Uniform Advantage in the future no more straying lol Respect yourself and your profession by steering clear of Scrubs and Beyond

Zero Stars Find Another Vendor
Zero Stars 5 business days passed and my package was still not on the way I had a very important meeting and needed my order I ordered in plenty of time 3 weeks prior to the event First I went to the chat for help F told me it should be picked up that day I checked FEDEX Nothing I went back to chat the next day and P tells me that the issue will be escalated I called Was told there was nothing else that could be done since it was already escalated and the agent asked me is there anything else Do not order from this company My hard earned money just sat there while scrubs beyond did JACK about it I missed my chance to present myself as professional as I could dealing with this thoughtless organization

Supposed Inventory Issues not Customer Service
Placed an order on 10 28 24 Received a confirmation email Today is 11 13 24 order still not received When I reached out Latoya the CSR told me there was an inventory issue and she would cancel the order When I asked for a Cancelation Confirmation email sh informed me it would be 3 days before they would know if they could cancel it So now I am out 40 and I have to wait for them to approve a cancelation for an item they supposedly do not have Glad I scrernshot that conversation because we are going to have issues if they charge me 5 00 for their issues

Very disappointed
Very disappointed Be careful of the sales or clearance specials while the site says take an additional 50 off clearance items that only applies to certain colors or certain sizes very misleading Also I placed an order on 12 17 for several items on sale or clearance Over 17 days later only 2 out of 9 items have been received the rest are in process and haven t even shipped due to an issue with their supplier having decided to no longer sell these particular brands through their website However these items still show as being available on their website I have several hundred dollars tied up and there has been no proactive communication to me about this issue I have had to continue to write or call and they have now escalated the situation to their support team for review No one can tell me how long a review will take Very disappointed in online ordering through their website
