As effective as an in-person training

The class didn t feel that it was virtual After the 4 days I thought I was learning in person The breakout sessions were very effective in keeping us engaged with the rest of the team It was a great choice to start this training with the actual running of the sprint Doc Shirley has been very effective in guiding us through it and grounding us with the main takeaways based on our sprint experience Agile is a great mindset and scrum is great framework to adopt
