Good Job - just as it should be
I had a faulty heated glove which they replaced very quickly and efficiently I discovered the fault immediately but did not do anything about it and only started a query about a replacement about 6 months after buying They email and answer questions etc same day

Customer Service is Second to None
A good selection of items for purchase - and good quality too A slight issue with my order but this was resolved immediately it was raised - customer service really is second to none they just want you to be happy with your purchase and the after care is wonderful

Replacement for a single mitten
Just had the most fantastic service from Sealskinz Unfortunately I lost one of a pair of their mittens and asked them if they could help me with a replacement for the lost one They explained they couldn t separate pairs but offered to go through their odds and ends to see if they could come up with one and they did brilliant brilliant service from them Many thanks to their Customer Service team spot on

Rapid response on the customer care
Rapid response on the customer care Stitching had failed on some mittens and straight away the customer service advisor sorted a replacement gift voucher for the price of a replacement set Great stuff The mittens are outstanding warmth and great waterproof elements Chuffed to get a new pair

Customer service makes the company
Customer service makes the company I have not received my product as there was an issue with customs probably an error on my side with my address auto populating and entering the wrong zip code But customer service was on top of it very polite very proactive and responsive Even if the gloves are crap which I highly doubt they will be I would gladly do business with them again

Great service from sealskinz I ordered some socks which went missing in transit Every time I have contacted them they have replied within minutes and they promptly sent me a replacement When the replacement arrived the original package arrived too so I contacted them to see what I should do and they said I can keep or donate them Very highly recommended

Fast efficient Service
I ordered some ski gloves as a present and received notification from tracking data that they had been delivered when we were out We couldn t find a parcel anywhere I contacted Sealskins customer service department who dealt with the query promptly and efficiently That was Monday evening and I received the replacement in todays post Thursday Regarding the actual gloves they are a Christmas present but look great Many thanks to the team for their outstanding service
