Took the stress out of finding and buying the right property
If you ve been sitting on the fence on whether a buyer s agent has any merit when navigating your property investment journey then you will find no better value for money than the Search Property team It was incredibly invaluable having Ravi Deepak and the team involved with my first acquisition with their insight and practical advice of the highest quality From my initial chats with Ravi and all the way leading up to settlement not once did I feel overwhelmed or that the team s services were predominantly driven by financial gain which is rare in this industry In fact the whole process was pain-free and practically seamless with the team ready to answer and all questions and provide their own nuanced commentary at every stage of the investment It really felt like they had a genuine and invested interest in the success of this endeavour and the personal care and patience with me was palpable throughout Unexpectedly the experience was an enjoyable one especially given the traditionally stressful nature of the subject matter and I very much look forward to continuing this relationship for other property investment opportunities in the near future Would highly recommend

Great team for your property goals
The team at Search property helped us find our very first investment property in July this year From the initial strategy chat with Ravi and then working very closely with Deepak and his team I couldn t fault their performance It does feel like teamwork and they really look for your best results I would highly recommend this team if you are looking to build a portfolio As of writing we have just settled on the second property as well This process was seamless as well and having gone through it before we were more prepared and confident I look forward to working with them again As an aside I also thoroughly enjoy Ravi s YouTube channel and it s very educational for not only real estate but also macro economy factors and I ve learnt about cryptocurrency as well I recommend that channel too

We have just purchased our second property with Search Property It all started with watching Ravi on You Tube followed by booking a strategy session Ravi and Deepak are great to work with and provided us the reassurance that we were in good hands and were available when we had questions The process is fairly easy and can t wait to do it all again in the New Year with purchase no 3 Highly recommend them

These guys are the real deal I ve made 2 purchases through them and now have referred a family member to them who is currently in the middle of the purchase process Super knowledgeable easy to deal with and they make the process seemless I stumbled across search property through YouTube and kept an eye on them for a while Once I got on with a strategy session with Ravi I laid out my situation and my plans they developed a tailored road map for my situation During the purchase process I ve been dealing with Deepak and he is great to deal with He answers my questions anytime of the day Sms email or call I can t recommend these guys enough I ll definitely be using them for my next upcoming purchase
