My fourth order and I am again in awe

My fourth order and I am again in awe of the quality of the spice mix I have just made a delicious Vegetable vindaloo and my daughter and hubby agreed its the best yet The vindaloo spice mix is not bitter and its so well balanced the curry I made which consisted of sweated off shallots in a little oil garlic ginger and a few diced chillies that did not have to be there as the spice mix has enough bite My mustard seed fried off first and added to the fried off garlic shallot mix then this wonderful spice mix added I added 1-2tsp and it was more than enough I poured in an organic passatta as tin tomatoes are lumpy and bitter I added a little veg stock to slack it down and then put my vegetables sauce in my la crueset dish and baked for an hour before service I added a tsp of mango chutney and served it with cumin rice and homemade chapatis amazing taste and not full off oil and rubbish The spice mixes are beautiful thought through and the best I have ever used I am making coconut chicken vindaloo pieces and I am serving them with a vegetable biriyani and homemade naan The website for this business is fantastic and the recipes work 100 all in all this is a diamond that needs to be discovered by more people so pass on the website to others I have and all my friends love the recipes and spices
