I have used seatfrog for over 2 years My train was cancelled this week and I was unable to use my upgrade Contacted seatfrog and within 24 hours had an e mail to let me know I would be refunded Excellent app and customer service

My train was cancelled after winning an upgrade I contacted Seatfrog and within 10minutes they replied with advice on using the upgrade on an earlier train along with a promise that they d refund me if that didn t work I m now on an earlier train relaxing in 1st class

Swift refund after train cancellation
I purchased an upgrade from Seatfrog But my train from Paddington to Totnes on February 18th was cancelled I claimed a refund from Seatfrog and was delighted by how fast they processed the refund The day after I sent in my claim I had an email saying it had been approved I will definitely be using Seatfrog again and next time I hope the train won t be cancelled

Ella was incredible
The support of Ella at Seatfrog has been outstanding With the fault of the error at hand being all my fault Ella still did everything she could to solve my problem when she did not have to This shows compassion and empathy for everyday mistakes and I thank her for her kindness It is clear that Seatfrog have wonderful staff

Bought a outbound 1st class upgrade no problems at all it was great Decided to do the same for the return journey but the train operator cancelled the service Anyway thought i would be out of pocket but a quick email to seatfrog and all was sorted I would recommend this service they did everything right in my eyes
