I ordered this fully knowing that due to the pandemic it would take a bit longer to get to me New York had a hell of a time and that is where this company is so I waited patiently My chair came in today and is beautiful It sure is terrible to see that during such a hard time for our species people are seriously lacking in perspective

Based on my experience I will rate this company five stars The price was unbeatable for the Steelcase Leap v2 and it delivered reasonably fast - but it came already assembled and they even sent a partial refund for an offer that was accepted after I had purchased it already Customer service was direct in answering my questions and I m very satisfied with the purchase

High Quality Chair delivered expeditiously

I received a high-quality chair in less time than originally predicted I don t think you can beat that anywhere And the chair has improved my ergo setup and my back and shoulders are no longer in pain FYI - I had originally tried to find a chair locally via eBay I opted not to go that route because it was from an individual seller I wanted the backing of the customer service from Seatingmind should something not be right I am very satisfied
