Great and very helpful customer service

The customer service from Secret escapes was really great Although I was over the 8-day deadline for a free cancellation they told me they try to contact the hotel asking for free cancellation as I got sick very shortterm and could not go there The guy on the phone was very nice and understood my bad situation and he wanted to help In the end it was successful I could cancel for free and will get my whole money back I very appreciate this support and I am looking forward to book my next holiday definitely again with secret escapes

When I booked a nice hotel in Croatia they told me that they didn t got the reservation I repeated again and it still worked Some hours later I saw that I paid twice Both reservations were true I think the fault happened in the hotel But Secret Escapes solved the problem and they returned my money back
