I ordered a new door from Secured Homes and was told fitting would be in 4-6 weeks 6 weeks later the door was fitted The fitters did a really good job and cleaned up the small amount of mess created The price was right the quality is good and the final result is as good as I could have wished for

Staff were incredibly helpful along the way of my order of my two composite doors I also have another order with this company for windows which will be fitted next week as the doors I already have installed were brilliant Very content with this company

Quick window fitting good quality

Windows were fitted very quickly what was expected to be a two day job was done in one and windows themselves are of excellent quality The house has stayed much warmer since fitting them compared to old council windows Only complaint is that some decorative tiles were damaged in the works which were not originally going to be repaired After talking with Adam the installation manager he arranged to have this damage repaired and the work men have done an excellent job of doing so even going so far as to repoint even the unaffected tile to the brickwork above

Firstly had new doors fitted by this company Excellent service from all involved from Jez the salesman the surveyor and the fitters not forgetting Uzma in the office I then had a kitchen window and patio doors fitted The service from start to finish was excellent even though there was a mix up with the glass it was soon rectified Again Uzma kept me updated throughout the whole process The young men who fitted the windows were an absolute credit to the company polite courteous and a pleasure to have in my home Thank you to all involved I am highly delighted with my doors and windows

Great job they changed my back door with another upvc one They had some bad reviews which made me really nervous about going ahead with them however the final result is exactly what I wanted

Lack of action to correct a minor problemwas a good experience

What originally was a good experience has been spoilt by their failure to repair a minor issue with the windows they installed I m still waiting to hear from them Has now been sorted
