Terrible Customer Service
Bought the herb Seed Sheet though a Good Morning America promotion the company had and was very excited to try this as I love plants gardening and growing my own food I didn t get a chance to plant it for a couple months however when I did I registered through text message as directed by the pamphlet enclosed in the package Only half of the herbs sprouted before dying despite following the directions given in the package and the ones received by text message by the company I reached out for advice when I saw that my herbs weren t thriving via email twice and Facebook Messenger once and got zero response I love supporting small businesses especially green ones All I ask is that they provide an attempt at customer service in return I will not use this company again nor would I recommend it to others Highly disappointed as I was hoping to use other sheets for my garden next year

horrible customer service orderd sheets in april it s May 17th no update nno seeds will be too late to plant can t get a hold of them and the contact area states that they can t respond to you they have an F with better business bureau riddled with complaints They will be out of business before you know it because of this So sorry I trusted them never again

Scammed by Seedsheets No Seed sheet no refund
Like others I ordered nearly a month ago and still have no items When contacted they just keep adding weeks on to the estimated shipping time and I m already past the point where I can plant successfully Clearly I got scammed as others have I ve asked for a refund although I expect that they will ignore my request so next step will be to open a dispute with my credit card I suggest that everyone else scammed by them do the same

Poor communication
Poor communication it s been a month and no order and I paid to have it expedited Why do companies like this suck so badly My garden has missed a big part of its growth season thanks to these imposters
