Very bad customer service with slow replies as I ve ordered a Nebula laser 3 and never got it I had to wait for two to be told I ll get a refund in 3-5 working days and now it s been 10 and still nothing

Couldn t get it to work It projects a small blur on the wall no documentation on what to do next Seems like it only works via a mobile app it has a hdmi port but won t work from my laptop Will be returning

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Purchased 2 projectors 1 for myself 1 for my parents had taken about a week for them to be sent out and when they were I wish they had just cancelled my order instead because come to find out they use Amazon logistics to send their items and if you check the reviews for them on here you ll see for yourself but quite possibly the worst Delivery service going worst than EVRi But back to my experience with nebula my packages were marked as delivered but weren t delivered to me I contact nebula and was told to check with my neighbours again which I had already done and to wait until the 11th 11 days after it had been marked as delivered and if it hadn t turned up by then they would arrange a replacement So the 11th comes round right now I ve been waiting around 20 for my goods since I ordered them I contact them and they tell me to confirm my address for a replacement I confirm the address but tell them I d buy rather just have a refund since it s been so long I m then hit with a shocking response that they can t offer me a refund or replacement even though they already offered me it And to contact the carrier to file a missing parcel claim Shouldn t they do this on their end Shouldn t they have already done this when I told them about my missing parcel what was the 11 day wait about They claim they cannot offer me a replacement until it s confirmed missing But had already offered me one Right now I have no projectors and I m out around 1 900 Don t purchase from these crooks

WARNING DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I purchased a projector from this company it was supposed to be delivered by amazon logistics what I got was a box of long life milk cartons throw somewhere and they said it was delivered I have phoned emailed and sent lettersthey simply Will not contact amazon and simply say its delivered yet offer no proof of delivery and cant be bothered to rise a query someone at amazon or nebula is having a field day scamming people the company or amazon simply do not care and cant be bothered to simply call amazon this company is a scam you will not get a productthey don t care about customers AVOID AVOID AVOID

I received an empty damaged box in a jiffy bag that had clearly been opened somewhere along the line I contacted them within hours of delivery after opening they asked for pictures of everything which I provided and zero response contacted customer service that cannot do anything all they say is sorry we will forward to the Nebula team Nebula team reply with a standard email I then provided camera footage of the delivery to show the packaging I do not believe they would send a projector in a Jiffy bag no matter how incompetent they are Last email was that I should report this to my local police station because it could be a case of theft during transit I wrote back and told them that I have a contract with Nebula not there logistics company and its there duty to notify the police and take up the issue with there Logistics company not mine as they have not delivered what has been paid for I m now in the midst of trying to recover my money through a charge back on my card For these type of transactions I would always advise to use a credit card or a service like paypal Klarna etc this a Chinese company that does not understand UK consumer law quite clearly

Not delivered the 1st order still waiting and bad customer service
Another person has already written about this issue and I am facing the same problem I haven t received the ordered item and the customer service staff including manager Shane are not answering my questions The status of my first order shows delivered but I haven t received it It has been almost a month since I placed the order According to See Nebula the delivery date is 3-7 days but when I contacted customer service and confirmed the shipping status they told me I have to wait 10 business days if I don t receive the item This is unfair I was offered a replacement and I really hope to receive it as soon as possible but I no longer trust their company A big problem is that they did not provide me with the shipping carrier s contact number they mentioned it was Amazon Logistics so I am unable to contact them directly when the item hasn t been delivered We can only check the tracking status on See Nebula s website I believe the product is good but I do not recommend ordering from here It might be fine if you receive the item quickly or are willing to wait a long time for your order Additional NoteThey replied to me by recommending that I cancel the order and buy it on Amazon This is very strange because it had been 4 days since the replacement offer I don t understand why I was still able to cancel the order and the customer service was rude However I was able to get a refund in 3 days which could have been much worse Anyway I will never order from here again Please do not use this website

No out of warranty support
Got a Nebula Cosmos laser 4K Unit became unresponsive and would not power on Unit is out of short 1yr warranty Nebula say they can t replace they can t repair AND you can t buy replacement parts What a joke for a 1 800 bit of kit

Returned my projector and now they re claiming they can t find it They made me purchase my own shipping label This has been going on for multiple months I ve been asked to open multiple claims with UPS UPS has done an investigation and has proven the delivery was successful I cannot open any insurance claim with UPS for this I ve sent these UPS investigations to the company and they just ignore them All they want to do is to steal your money
