Excellent customer service The migration process went very well today switching from an awful provider to this new ISP SeeTheLight Jessica is well versed kind and helpful in making this process smoothly and fluently She assisted me to choose the correct package needed for the household with relevant and necessary information related to their services Another factor that I appreciated fully is their customer representatives are UK-based which I think is a rare situation nowadays I am optimistic that I will get a better internet connection service now comparing to my previous awful provider Keep up the good work Jessica
