Segmuller - the worst shoppong experience in the world
I just have to share info with the rest of the world Me and my famili are shocked Shopping in Segm ller is the worst nightmare you can imagine Pls do not go there and leave your money elswere as they do not deserve it Believe it or not their employees are forbiden to speak any language other than German isn t that suable against the law a total discrimination This is information we got from their employee today 4 July 2019 at Segm ller Weiterstadt Additionally employes are extremly rude and unpolite specificly if you try to communicate in any other language except German i just can belive it Crazy Avoid Segm ller forewer

Segm ller has the worst returnpolicy in german beware of being robbed
This company has the worst returnpolicy I have ever seen in germany If decide to cancel an order they send you letters to pay 25 of the order Even for not done installation costs for the mobilieThis is robbery I paid the 207 so I don t get any more letters and don t have to see their names They could lern a lot from Ikea but I don t think that this stoneage company has internet

Segmuller Support is just until you Pay
You need to understand the company s reliability when you have a problem or whenever you need their support Segm ller showed their true face when my 8 months old sofa s leg was broken as seen in the picture They accused me that is a users fault I asked them how it is possible for a broken leg to be a consumer s fault I even bought installation service from them for preventing such a situation In the end they offer me an independent 3rd party investigation to determine who is responsible for the fault But if that company find me responsible for the problem I need to pay them 150 euro Probably fixing the leg will cost me less than to pay the investigation That is definitely a move to make you run away for the complaint I will fix the sofa on my own and will not buy anything from Semuller again

probably the worst e-shopping in germany
probably the worst online shopping in germanyabout 9 weeks waiting for a simple delivery of a couple of chopping boards which according to the website are in stock beyond ridiculousand we considered getting a whole kitchen from segm ller setup appointment online 90min phone call to answer a detailed questionnaire were promised an offer within 2 weeks now almost 4 months later and still waiting stay away from this place like a plague

Stay away from this online shop if you can Ordered a BBQ Knife set on 20 2 2021 with a shipping time estimate of 3 weeks On 13 03 2021 still no delivery so i asked about the whereabouts of my purchase Sorry shipping problems corona but you will surely receive your order within the next 14 days Two weeks later a Mail We are sorry we can t deliver your order in time the new delivery date will be mid June Well i m not waiting any longer i cancelled my order and will NEVER EVER ORDER ANYTHING HERE AGAIN

They delivered the wrong pieces twice
I ordered a chair which took more than a month to arrive as it was however declared on the website They delivered the wrong pieces so I sent them an email and they told me to return only the wrong pieces I waited a bit longer and I got other wrong pieces even if it says the correct pieces on the delivery papers They are an absolute waste of a time and money

The product received was different to what ordered
We bought a wooden table from Segmueller however after opening it package the table we had received had two different colors and was absolutely not the same color pattern as what we had ordered We sent them the pictures they said it is a Nature Product and you never know how it will look like It is a shame it is as if you ordered wood you received wood They said we don t have a right for reklamation

I Wish you all would read this before buying from Segm ller
At the end of July I ordered a 140 CM dining table from their website and chose an assembly service to be carried over I received my order after 2 weeks all looks great so far regarding ordering delivering and assembling What happened next was the beginning of extreme unprofessionalism and careless customer service I found some damage to the wood my wife had a wooden finger cut while wiping the Top of the table I took a picture and emailed their customer service they said they would replace the upper part within a week or 2 Sounds good to me in 2 weeks they sent someone to pick up the damaged piece of the table and deliver the new one Since the table consisted of 3 parts Top and 2 standing legs that carry the top part I assumed they would de-assemble the table and take the upper part only I wasn t home My wife was there so they brought the new piece in a box then they de-assemble the whole table and TOOK ALL THE 3 PARTS When I got home I was like okay what the hell Why did they take the whole table and didn t assemble it I thought that the issue I was facing was with assembling the table and that this I would do myself I said okay no worries I will do it and then I would send them an email on how unsatisfied I was The shocking part was that when I opened the box I found only the top piece of the table and the 2 standing legs were not there So I ended up having just a useless piece of wood that I don t know what the would do with I sent them an email asking for the missing pieces and that I need them as soon as possible as I have a family event in 2 weeks weekend and I am inviting them for a dinner where the table has to be here before then I received their reply that it will be delivered in 1 to 1 5 weeks and I replied confirming that I need it before the weekend for that event During week 35 I was expecting a phone call from them or the courier but no hope this morning September 1st I emailed their customer service asking when is the delivery date I received a reply end of the day stating that they are sorry it won t be delivered this week and I have to wait until next week So what s wrong with them Seriously I want to know what is going on here 1st the table was delivered in bad condition and then they picked up the wrong items and it s taking too long to bring back the items they picked up mistakenly So I am not placing a new order it s just the parts they shouldn t have taken to bring them back and this was what stated in their replacement email that they would pick up only the Top part Damaged piece and leave the rest What should I do now Seriously I need help and I need my table before Sunday4th of September otherwise I will escalate further and make a big problem about this

Segm ller does not take responsibility for repairs of Under warranty kitchen cabinets
Unfortunately it is not possible to give less than one star here We bought kitchen worth 25k from Segmuller two years back It has been installed and is currently under a 5 year warranty They have used the worst quality board under the integrated refrigerator The board is broken due to the weight of the fridge and that is why the appliance has sunken down and hence we cannot close the Fridge door The Segm ller Weiterstadt people took their sweet time to reply us and at the end just wrote in a single line that they will not bear the cost of repair How to deal with them in such cases
