Expensive and weak
I bought one of their top line gi s that broke within 3 months of normal martial arts usage Also a boken from this company broke within 4 weeks The company does not take responsibility for their faulty products and is very arrogantly tells you the damage is due to your own fault and tells you are a liar if you explain that you used the product normally For such and expensive products that are used in heavy physical martial arts I had expected to receive a strong product that could keep up with this Absolutely advise to find your products elsewhere

Horrendous customer service and care Super expensive You pay for delivery back and forth
Seems like good quality products can t verify they ll last though but customer service and terms of business from hell It will be hard to describe the entire torturous interaction with the customer service but to name a few points 1 If you wish to return any product specific list you have to go through is exhaustive 2 Not only must you pay for the delivery back to them which according to FedEx is between 46 for jacket and pants weigh 2 5kg which God knows how long it takes to reach them to 150 if you want it expedited They also deduct their own shipment cost from the refund That means not only do you pay for your own delivery back to them they take away their own delivery from the total From 250 paid the deduction will be the entire value of the gi Still allowing them to set it again for full price 3 Their measurements sizes are so wild and inaccurate that while I was thinking I should buy size 5 I realised I should actually buy size 3 4 The telephone numbers do not operate as side of the answering machine in Japanese even within their own working hours 5 Rate of replies to emails is one email a day despite regular working hours whether it is European or Japanese They simply do not care to reply on time or offer a reasonable solution 6 Once you pay them you re in their pocket They make no attempt to care for your experience post-purchase at the cost of losing future sales and receiving terrible reviews I do not believe they understand Western expectations of customer service and assume the customer works for them not the other way round The prices are unbelievably high five times what will be the usual price in the UK which day describe as Third world country production Their arrogance is typical for a small minded society stuck on an island I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A SINGLE ITEM FROM THEM AGAIN DUE TO THE REAL RISK OF LOSING ALL THE PURCHASE MONEY ON THE COST OF RETURNING IT

I bought some items for delivery to me
I bought some items for delivery to me whilst I was staying in Japan The customised items arrived within a week of ordering and the communication and customer care was exceptional - my emails were promptly answered The items were well packed and the quality was high I am very pleased with the overall experience and quality of items Recommend
