We have used this company a few times and now have their blinds on all of our windows They make shopping for blinds pretty easy and we feel like we ve gotten good value from their products We ordered blinds in fall of 2022 and one of the blinds became loose and uneven and we were able to get a replacement AT NO COST with just a few clicks So Easy Highly recommend

5 STAR Customer Service

Customer Service was a pleasure to deal with I ordered 2 sets of faux wood blinds online order number 9331544 for my front and back doors which they shipped separately The first blinds we rec d was the wrong size We ordered 30 W and they sent 33 W When you call customer service and try to get a rep on the phone press 5 and a live person from the USA not sourced out to the Philippines answers the phone Even on the weekends The representative looked up my order and asked me to take a photo of the blinds showing the measurement with a metal tape measure and to text it to her which I did while she waited on the line As soon as she rec d the image she immediately placed a replacement order EASY PEASY to say the least and she was a pleasure to deal with Then the 2nd order came the next day Sunday and it was missing the valance clips so again I called customer service and pressed number 5 and much to my surprise because it was Sunday and delight a live person again picked up the phone She was really nice and she immediately ordered the clips for the valance Thank you Select Blinds as you just became our source for ALL our blinds as we had such a bad experience from a different company one of your competitors just 3 weeks ago
