Outstanding Customer Service
I had never heard of Select before until I thankfully saw it in Telford I went in with the hope of buying a MacBook but didn t have a clue about them and their different capabilities I was greeted by Zayn who was extremely helpful and attentive He helped me understand the different models and advised me what he thought would work best for me without ripping me off and recommending the most expensive which a lot of other places had done As a result I spent a considerable amount of money but felt like it was without a doubt the best option for what I needed Stephanie also supported Zayd as it was his first week I believe Stephanie was also lovely and you can see that her kind and helpful attitude was replicated in her staff Zayd is a credit to the business and thank him for his efforts to make sure I went away feeling entirely satisfied Thank you very much and I will definitely return for future purchases

Lincoln Store
Lincoln Store - Quinn and Luke are superstars My sisters phone has updated to the new IOS18 but got a glitch half way though and just kept turning on and off The staff at the Lincoln Store were so professional and friendly - They explained the whole process to me and what solutions they were They tried everything to sort it for me - Unfortunately the phone is completely unusable due to the glitch but they directed me in what the next steps were and even went out of their way to talk to O2 for me and let me work whilst I waited for everything to be sorted and sent off to the lab I cannot fault them Absolute Superstars and will definitely be calling them to sort my next Apple problem
