Where is my 6 000 rent Why are you lying

My 6 000 rent was due on 31 March 2021 I have managed to speak to a couple of people on 1 April who told me HSBC were having problems with their payment systems I have since phoned them up 6 times no answer 5 times and no response to my messages Only one answer today but fobbed me off with the same excuse and told me to contact investor services no response Select Property - do you have cash flow problems Are you solvent Where is my 6 000 Blaming HSBC appears to be one big lie Legal action to follow if I don t receive my money by Friday

Do not go near Select Property if you want to maintain your capital investment

Do not go near this Company unless you want to say goodbye to your capital The only people who make money are them Your capital is at risk is often said when investing It will be with this Company Don t be fooled by the lovely website reviews To be fair you can make a return on your investment through rent But this will be negated by the losses that you ll almost certainly get on selling You have zero rights zero input to reach the NET income rates you will need to just get your money back will be almost impossible I would lose 18k on a single investment If you are in for several units then all I can say is best of luck

Complete scammers keep clear

Complete scammers keep getting emails that I didn t ask for despite unsubscribing looks like some sort of get rich quick property company BEWARE

Still sending out unsolicited spam

Despite multiple requests for them to remove me still getting constant unsolicited spam from Select property I never asked for signed up for filled in any forms to received emails from them This clearly shows that they are bulk buying unverified e-mail addresses and they think that its OK for them to bombard personal e-mail addresses Don t think they have heard of GDPR

The most critical step for investing oversea property is to find a trustworthy developer I did with Select Property Group My consultant has been sharing with me his knowledge and expertise of UK property market and especially the growth trend since 2 years ago I appreciate for his patience on understanding my interest and preference providing me with his neutral advice to facilitate my final decision making I would highly recommend Select Property Group if you plan an investment in England
