Slow Support and Inability to Provide Service Sold

In my opinion the 14 day free trial is a scam SellerChamp required a paid subscription before they would do anything In their free trial offer they state you get full access to the product and you get full access to our team - this is false In addition they did not provide the service promised to me After signing up it took them more than two months to get my feeds set up That only occurred after I d had enough and I requested them to cancel the service you can not cancel without them providing you a link I experienced what I would call bait and switch tactics Though they mentioned no limit on SKUs they required an additional 300 per month for a dedicated server because they claimed I had too many SKUs Overall I would say the service was subpar Often delayed and never fixed in one shot I would not recommend SellerChamp

Program does not sync does not work

This program is definitely not recommended The use of this program is extremely difficult and does not sync properly Price is extremely overpriced I would not encourage anyone to use this program Use can use ship station or other programs that will probably save you major headaches

STAY AWAY Their Service Doesn t Work

We have been using their services for several years and for whatever reason their software stopped working around April of 2023 We patiently waited almost 6 months and finally gave up Worst part was that they refused to give us a refund That s called stealing

Unreliable Service and Empty Promises

Our experience with SellerChamp has been nothing but frustrating From the start promised services were delayed or not delivered severely impacting our sales Weekly calls with their team including Victor only led to more excuses and empty assurances of compensation Even after raising issues for months including serious software flaws and lack of functionality little progress was made Their team took our feedback and eventually incorporated it into their software but these fixes arrived too late for our needs Billing transparency was non-existent particularly with Easypost charges leaving us in the dark about costs When we sought a refund they initially agreed yet no compensation has been provided We chose SellerChamp to simplify our operations but they ve only added to our challenges Buyer beware they promise a lot but deliver very little

Everything went wrong They can not do what they claim they can do Connections are poor Customer service doesn t seem to understand the program any more than I do Inventory continues to get screwed up which causes sales for items we no longer have Which causes cancelations and suspension of you accounts So if you want to destroy your company and livelihood Seller Champ is the company for you otherwise STAY AWAY
