After seeing ads on YouTube and doing some research I took a chance And yes I was very skeptical I ve read horror stories about several trade-in buy your used item companies supposedly making false statements about a submitted item was damaged on arrival prompting a lower compensation offer or an item to be returned damaged In other words a claimed bait-and-switch-type situation Anyway I submitted my item details to SellGPU and requested they send me a shipping box and other materials The box arrived in a timely period which I packed up and sent out shortly thereafter A tiny nitpick at this step was the lack of packing instructions For me it was not difficult to determine which anti-static bags were for which items And the CPU clamshell holder protector is obvious for those who ve built PCs The box contained plenty of foam though there were no cutouts Foremost that meant a bulky GPU caused the box to bulge a bit And the thickness differences had me concerned if the smaller items might slide around during handling Nevertheless I placed the items as I determined the most sensible GPU in the middle for the most symmetric pressure and least likely to be damaged from the edges with the smaller items gently sandwiched with the remaining semi-compressed foam nearer to the perimeter Sent the package off A few days later I received a notice they received the items During the next two days I was notified they tested the items which passed then received the payment via PayPal yes the original value SellGPU offered The entire process took 10 days receiving relevant progress updates along the way Ultimately even though you re not getting top dollar for the components there is added value in saving time and reducing hassle by that in part I mean dealing with difficult hagglers people asking questions about already provided information no shows and more

Super easy Exceptionally impressed My offer was increased above my offer since my items where new in the box I won t have expected sellGPU to be so honest and fair I would recommend them to everyone Wish they would except more items as long as it was new My vendor sent me the wrong order and I m still stuck with as few things

Very trustworthy and customer service is excellent I called many times and never have had a bad call experience The payment took a little bit longer for me just because a had a large order of parts and it took them a while to test everything and it still only took them 2 days

The SellGPU website is very straight forward and easy to use and navigate They do an excellent job of providing an estimate for the hardware presented I fully appreciate that SellGPU does their own independent hardware testing as well
