Fast and Fair

Have used Sellitback a few times now and have found it to be hassle free every time They give me a price for books that other sites wouldn t checked the parcel quickly and kept me informed Only needing 10 items or 10 in a parcel also meant I could send some heavier books in a smaller parcel at the same time as a larger one as these were only boxes I had at the time I however did separate transactions rather than split one over the two parcels I have had a couple of books rejected and I like the fact they give you a picture of the book so you can see why it s been rejected The main drawback is there is no app for my phone so barcodes have to be typed in each time but on a laptop this is actually not that time consuming I have also not managed to get a label from following the direct link as I get a runtime error each time but as the email with the all the details in arrives very fast this isn t too much of a problem

Always get a good deal with Sellitback consistently offer more on book trade-in than competitors and never any problem being paid Not the slickest of web interfaces but efficient enough and it s the deal that matters most Would without hesitation recommend

Customer services have been excellent I had some issues with delivery collection and getting labels Manjeet was always quick to respond understood the issue straight away and sent a response quickly it was so helpful and took away the stress
