Old fashioned honesty

I kinda stumbled upon this company doing a online search and in turn got talking with Charlie An initial offer was made based on my online description and the fault the car had I disclosed any known damage and a final very fair offer was made Because of my location small rock in the middle of the North Sea I was initially wary of shipping the car away for collection but Charlie is a man of his word the deposit was paid and as promised soon as they received the car the remaining monies was in my account I cannot say a bad word about my experience with the company and Charlie was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish

I can honestly say Charlie was a pleasure to deal with customer service was of the highest order We bought a car and Charlie delivered it himself very friendly and excellent communication Unfortunately the next day the car had a transmission fault so I took it to my local garage Later was diagnosed as either oil level fault or unserviceable gearbox Now this can happen and isn t a bad thing what happened next blew my mind I called Charlie to inform him and he was the ultimate professional he literally could not do enough to help Going above and beyond my expectation and trying everything he could to get a solution despite being late on a Friday afternoon He offered multiple solutions and had absolutely no issues in offering to get the car fixed even if it was a gearbox and likely to cost thousands of pounds Ultimately due to uncertain time waiting for repairs and being a car down it wouldn t work for us Charlie gave us a full refund on the car before we had even put it on the recovery truck to go back to him This level of dedication from a smaller car dealer was so refreshing and il bet you wouldn t get service like this from bigger businesses A huge thanks to Charlie from me and the wife for the reassurance given during a quite stressful time Second hand cars always come with risk of issues But it s how issues are dealt with when they arise that s important I don t remember a time when any business or person has been so passionate to help me as Charlie was Anytime your in North Yorkshire your welcome for a coffee
