Does exactly what it says on the tin

I m a little confused seeing so many mixed reviews on this company - I must admit I d have thought more carefully before using them if i had read these before but I honestly can t fault my own experience I was quoted 82 which I was quite surprised was so high so I half expected to be contacted saying they were revising it downwards at some point but the 82 was in my bank account 72 hours after posting the laptop to them I would always encourage or recommend you do a factory reset including cleaning the drive before selling a laptop this way
