Warning Product Bait Switch
Saw the flowers I ordered for someone and they looked nothing like the flower arrangement I ordered Customer service offered me a credit but I would not accept anything less than a refund given how disingenuous the company was who prepared the arrangement

Awful company that scams customers We ordered a rose and lilly bouquet What was delivered was a rose bouquet and from their website it was half the price of the bouquet we paid for We have complained and been told that there is no issue with our order Absolutely bizzarre decision given that there is no question that what was delivered is not the same value of what we paid Stay away This company is a scam

Ordered a bouquet of lilys from Dubai to Khao Lak A bouquet of roses that was exactly half of the price of what I paid for was delivered one day late No refund was offered in fact the mistake was not even acknowledged by an awful customer service representative Brenda that clearly didn t study enough math back at school since she doesn t understand that a lower value delivery has to be refunded by a serious company Asked to escalate the matter to a decision maker didn t get an answer SCAMMERS STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
