Sendspace is a bad sky company they are only in for the money they can t even hold your file have lost over 10 of mine they can t find them again when I look after my own files just after a week or 2 they just vanished into the thin air so no stars here

Impossible to cancel paid plan
Signed up to Sendspace Pro in order to transfer a large file As I no longer need the Pro plan I sent multiple emails and requests to cancel this paid subscription but have received no response Very frustrating

It s a ghost ship Doesn t answer customer service emails anymore Before they did do this sometimes but the replies were angry and rude Now they don t answer at all They do love to take your money though Well I m going to take mine elsewhere
