I ordered from them and the customs were too high so I decided to return the order DHL requested from them to send the confirmation I opened an RMA request They never sent the confirmation and they stopped responding I even tried to call them myself and they didn t answer my call With DHL the same story Because they got paid they didn t care I paid DHL and storage plus customs just to get my order and not risking losing my money since I don t think they will going to send me a refund I had to travel to the airport and do everything myself and wasting time and money on a ripoff order Avoid them at all cost You have been warned Thank you senetic I hate you

Phone support is well but if you re order as a company you cant send back hardware for any reasons except if you order as an individual customer they are not agreeing with hardware switching even for a more pricer I would not recommend this website the customer experience is quite bad

I ordered a monitor from Senetic and was disappointed with the product My refund request within the 14-day period was denied I later bought a monitor from Amazon returned it without issues and got refunded promptly Senetic s customer support was unhelpful I don t recommend this shop stick with Amazon for better service
