Super virtig levering
Bought the Nordkap Box combo with two individual beds with a top mattress First it stated on their page that the timeframe for delivery was 20-30 days but I quickly read somewhere that there easy could go longer they probably should have updated their page though Anyways we got the bed unfortunately we got the wrong bed legs but I called them and they sent the right ones right away Unfortunately there was also some damage on the bed cover but we got the choice either get compensated or receive a new bed Since the damage only was cosmetic we decided to get compensated The quality of the bed is pretty good and is really nice to lay in really nothing to complain there If I should say something negative about the bed then the cover on the bed is a little bad quality it feels like it easily can be damaged which was also the case before we got the bed I still sticks with my five stars since we ended up getting exactly what we wanted with some minor issues plus we got it on sale

Very comfortable and fast delivery
I ordered a continental bed online and everything went flawlessly It was sent during the week stated after the order and everything arrived as it should the Bed feels good the communication with the freight company for the delivery was done through sms but was super easy I highly recommend

Poor experience from Delivery to Retour
I had a very poor experience with Sengefabriksudsalg from delivery to retour First they use a delivery company which is totally unflexible and unwilling to cooperate They deliver during working hours without any previous notification When I called them they said they can come during 08 00 and 16 00 when most people are at work and the driver cannot send any notification before he arrives So I had to be home for a whole working day before 08 00 and 16 00 to wait for the delivery Then when I wrote to customer service I would like to return the madras without mentioning anything else about the condition of the good they replied without asking further questions that I cannot return it because it was taken out from the packaging again without me mentioning anything about it This gives a good idea about how willing they are to receive the retour Pricing policy they are just displaying some random prices for the same product For example the top madrass I bought has one price on the category page 3 499DKK -full price and another price on the product page 1 499DKK -full price This gives us another good idea on how they are making their pricing

Buying from this site is a disaster
Buying from this site is a disaster Very bad customer service Fast delivery but you get stuck with them in the return It is endless negotiations I wanted to return what I bought a duvet they said you cannot because it was taken out of the original package Rediculous it is like you buy something not to try it but to look at it They are still manipulating my return Though I asked for a return next day of delivery and it was not used for a second They ask for photos to make sure that it is packed in the original package Handling those people is a nigtmare Bottom line if you want to avoid headache stay away from them
