We purchased 2 units First instal went perfect and the unit worked flawless The second unit went perfect on the install but once it was turned on it didn t work Sent an email to Senville with the error code and with in 1 2 hour the part to repair the unit was on its way Once installed it worked perfectly Service is everything

Senville customer service was excellent at providing the information I needed whenever I asked They provided things like amount of refrigerant needed and how to upgrade both line sets to two different lengths with multi zone minisplit My only critique would be that there should be one line set drop down per indoor unit instead of having to contact senville and use the order notes
