Pretty jewelry who looks good but in reality the quality is very cheap Both lots of necklaces and earrings who broke within months I own sterling silver jewelry 925 from other places and I had them since years

Awful quality

Spent around 350 on gold huggie hoops a few months ago and 3 pairs have broken and the rest are tarnished and not wearable I tried to get in contact with customer service but I never got a reply so now I ve cut my losses and I ll try somewhere else

Worst experience I ordered a nose pin for my wife but it was made of low quality and breaks within 4 days I will never order from them again

Earrings broken after little wear

Bought some beautiful looking gold hoop earrings with turquoise stones however numerous stones have already fallen off both earrings despite only wearing them for a few hours a couple of times Very disappointing for the price

Not great sadly have followed them on Instagram for a long time and was really excited to geta couple of things for my birthday Although not super pricey a higher price point and especially for what was received The ring I got was a lot thinner and did not look like the photo on the website The star shaped cut outs on the ring were poorly manufactured as they were misshaped and squashed the ring also bent out of shape as it was so flimsy The earrings i received had a faulty clasp and were again bad quality and so I ended up losing an earring as the clasp undone and the earring fell out

Poor quality

I purchased a pair of earrings in February 2024 After having them for less than three weeks the opal fell out of one of the earrings I contacted Seol and Gold and was advised to send photos of my earring with the missing opal where it was then suggested I return the earring by post where I would subsequently be issued with a new singular earring in return No mention of a refund Now after less than 3months of purchasing the earrings both opals have fallen out of both earrings Instead of having to contact the company send photos and going to the hassle of posting the earrings back I have decided to unsubscribe to their mailing list and I won t be purchasing from this company again

Colour faded after only a week
