Trial is a money trap - Rip-off company Avoid

I Setup a trial account My biggest Mistake Two days before expires I clicked to cancel it but for some reason it did not work I have then cancelled the account and asked to delete all data Two days after my PayPal was charged and I asked them to provide a refund and they said because it was two days past they would not refund even after I ve never used it during the two days and my account was fully deleted They are very hungry for money and use the trial as a money-trap Be aware avoid at all cost A good company would be reasonable and would understand that error could happens and be willing to help but not them They will talk about the terms and conditions and nothing more zero support for customers Scam Scam rip-off company Now I m scare of my data added into their system Avoid or you will get ripped-off

I am only giving 1 star as I can t give 0 - I have been getting charged despite emailing their email address posting on Facebook - i cannot get hold of anyone at all so they keep taking money adn I cannot log in or use the service - shocking - i have spent hours trying to fix contact to no avail I will need to escalate this to the bank legally if they do not come back to me - utterly ridiculous

They say payment is due on June 7 2021 but they charge on June 6 2021 before we can even cancel the free trial That s a complete ripoff and greedy for money Request a refund file chargeback with the bank and open a case with Paypal We cancel the plan delete the account hopefully we won t keep getting charges
