I had recently moved into a new apartment complex and was awaiting my order from Sephora com I have never had any issues with online ordering but this latest order was lost not in the front office nor in my mailbox I checked both places and even around the building for three days in a row multiple times in hopes it would magically appear Feeling hopeless I reached out to customer service and they were able to resend my order without any extra cost I am so pleased by this it really shows how much the company values it s customers I will continue to purchase my products exclusively from Sephora

SEPHORA US IS AMAZING

I don t know what happened with other reviews but I have always get my stuff from Sephora US I used to have 1 order which contained out of stock order and because I was oversea so I didn t pay attention 6 months later I found out I have never received my order so I emailed the Customer Services they are really quick on reply me and also issue me the refund for the out of stock items I still one my items in my order so they sent it and refunded me my money It s super easy and quick there is no trouble at all I love how they treat me as customer

I ve had mostly great experiences at stores and online it s always been good Only complaint is in NYC when I went to 3 different stores hoping to get a perfume sample and they were ALL out of sample containers Other than that it s a fun place to go and try things out very good brands on display

Sephora has so many wonderful hair products to choose from I have curly hair and like to experiment Whatever I m looking for they usually have Was disappointed some of the locations stopped carrying Carol s Daughter but there are plenty of other wonderful products like Moroccan Oil They also will give you samples if you ask
