Hello everyone I purchased premium hosting from Serversgate com a while ago and it was unfortunately one of the biggest mistakes of my life I can confidently say that they are the worst and most useless hosting provider I have ever encountered Here are some of the problems I faced I requested help 3 times over a period of 2 5 months but I never received any response They completely ignored my questions and concerns They do not answer their international phone numbers Even after I complained on Facebook they did not fully address my requests They are using an extremely outdated version of Cpanel 106 They don t even have the most basic terminal They are using Mysql version 5 and Linux Kernel 3 They pay no attention to security vulnerabilities Despite sending them pictures and files related to my problems they did not provide any solutions I strongly advise you to stay away from this provider Everything is extremely outdated and their service is completely inadequate I urge you to read reviews from other customers before signing up Note If you are a first-time Serversgate com customer they may treat you well for the first 1 or 3 months This is just a tactic to attract new customers Don t be fooled Additional Recommendations I recommend that you research and choose more reliable and high-quality hosting providers It is crucial to conduct thorough research and read reviews from different users before purchasing hosting services Price should not always be the most important factor Reliability and quality service are just as important as price I hope this review has been helpful

Sites are going down any time for 30 minute when ep limit reached

Server performance is good but any time our sites are going down and when we contact to support team they just tell your entry process reached limit and there is no limit crossed to 10 And chat support team have not any knowledge for by which site ep process reached and by this error sites are downonce you reached ep process limit as per their limit all sites are going down for 30 minute and there is no option to start again so i suggest to not buy this server

I will never try this server again and wherever I find myself whether it s on social media in real life or on domain sales websites I will complain about it It has been seven months without a response to any ticket and they don t reply to anyone All they do is convince you to buy a domain or any package They answer messages for a few days and then stop responding completely Trust me don t buy it you ll regret it the moment you do because they do nothing They just use you Even the slightest hosting service is better than this serversgate com site Don t throw your money away They ruin your goodwill as if you re not their customer Don t buy don t buy don t buy
