A minor fender bender

I had a minor fender bender in my brand new 2022 Mercedes Benz A220 just a week after getting it Since it s a leased black car I was very particular about finding the right body shop for the repair Having owned several black cars before I knew how tricky it can be to get the bodywork just right as you can often see where the repair was done Life got busy and I had to put off the repair for a while Then I came across Service Pros on Facebook and decided to inquire about their services I m so glad I did George from Service Pros was extremely professional and connected me with exactly the body shop I needed Euro Collision Center in North Hollywood George also informed me that I qualified to have my deductible waived which made me skeptical at first but I decided to go for it I dropped off my car on 8 10 and was greeted by Art who was very professional and I even met Victor the owner who was incredibly down-to-earth and kind The whole team was accommodating professional and provided top-notch service Although my car took a little longer than expected due to the parts coming from Mercedes I wasn t too worried because I knew it was in good hands Throughout the process George kept in touch answering any questions I had When I picked up my car on 9 25 I was blown away Euro Collision Center made my car look even better than when I first drove it off the dealer lot They perfectly matched the paint from bumper to bumper and the repair is completely invisible I ve received so many compliments on how flawless it looks I highly recommend Service Pros and Euro Collision Center for anyone in need of car repairs Both businesses are honest professional and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction Thank you to George Art Serg and Victor you ve made me a very happy customer
