Purchased a security camera for 59

Purchased a security camera for 59 Sent a small picket light I questioned them about their mistake and was told I received my order correctly Then wad told they were out of stock After several communications showing my invoice and photos of product they sent they refused a refund Now after bombarding them with emails they are now offering a 18 refund not the 59 I played

Not very happy I ordered a solar security Camera and when received it was only rechargeable from AC adapter Also some deception on ordering I paid through PayPal and was shown a value had been charged However after inspection of underlying card there was an additional 10 50 charged for taxes Had I known full price the bargain was no longer a bargain And it took nearly a month for order to arrive
