Won 1000 on sign up bonus completed wagering requirement but can t withdraw till KYC complete I m currently on day 6 of waiting for it to be done and can t withdraw until this gets authorised but I keep asking for a timeline and live chat just keep making excuses

Yes you do have to wait a long time for your withdrawal request I also thought I was being scanned but I must say communication was very good and I won 3000 and was paid out eventually So please give this site a chance But remember you do have to wait for your money and that can be quite worrying So overall plenty of great games and great communication and you can win unlike some sites
