Greg and Suzanne at SGS Shutters have been brilliant from the moment I first contacted them Amazing communication throughout the process and I even got my shutters fitted earlier than expected Competitive prices and they genuinely care and are passionate about what they do We will be using them again and I will be recommending them to friends Thanks you so much

Poor quality blinds and service

We had both bamboo and conservatory blinds fitted throughout the house three years ago Just after the guarantee period ran out we began to have problems with the pull cords that support them with both fraying to the point of breaking SGS arranged for their repair at great expense but now only after 6 months or so the cords on the repaired conservatory blind are starting to fray and one of the fixings keeps popping off This despite our hardly using them as last time we were told that that the fraying was caused by the way we opened them We emailed Greg and Susanne over three weeks without response Would not recommend SGS blinds nor their products to anyone

So good we had them back for more

Amazing service and communication This isn t the cheapest shutter blind company you ll find but their products are top quality and the finish is immaculate We liked these guys so much they ve been back to do more for us Highly recommended
