The measuring instructions were not intuitive - exact size blinds where no deductions are made to the measurements provided in fact come 35mm narrower than the measurements you provide

We have not yet received our blinds in fact you have told us that you cannot make the blind and your communication to resolve this is frustratingly slow As a John Lewis recommended supplier I have found the process disappointing

2 months rather than two days
A fairly large order of blinds delayed until after Christmas as it seems there wasn t enough stock left So after paying more to get an express service where I received notes to tell me things were progressing well and full funds were taken I apparently need to wait for 2 months rather than two days No apology It s not that things go wrong it s how you react to it Very disappointing

Poor service
Ordered a no-drill roller blind Was then told that the pattern chosen would have to be turned from vertical to horizontal which visually made no sense Asked for alternatives that could be made Selected one of these but then told same issue Then selected a plain pattern that was then made The last fabric chosen was cheaper than the original amount paid but have been refused a refund The process was protracted and as a John Lewis nominated supplier I am very dissatisfied with the service and customer care exhibuted

Blinds not self coloured
Blinds arrived not self coloured as expected Still waiting on returns label and still haven t been told if the company actually make self coloured blinds although when ordering the look self coloured Returns process not timely
