I wish I could give this company negative stars It took over five weeks to receive my products One of them was not as pictured and both were very very damaged They refuse to issue a refund and have been absolutely horrible to deal with I do not recommend you ever use this company

Ordered a hat Sent unboxed just in a plastic bag Halfway around the world It was of course damaged and crushed out of shape Very poor service and quality of hat is poor too Do not order or buy anything from this company

ITS A SCAM The hat will come in bad shape and quality I could purchase a hat from the 2 shop in better quality Husband is a size 63cm- the hat i purchased stated 2xl 62 64cm upon arrival not even my 7yr old son could fit it Hat came in a plastic bag crushed and made out of crap material DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE After emailing my complaint and me wanting to return the hat and get a full refund they tried to tell me all they can offer is 10US compensation WHAT A JOKE Makes out to be in the US turns out its in china

Bought a cowboy hat Looks like a costume hat from a 1 store Total scam The hat does not remotely resemble the cowboy hats pictured Total robbery I really don t want anyone else to be scammed Pictures in advertising look legit product you receive is absolutely ridiculous looking

Scam on all levels
Hats are not as described as on website like leather sweat band and silk line didn t come with anything They sent incorrect colour and would not exchange for correct Shipping information that I received stated was coming for u s a but came straight from china Package in a bag with no support Customer service offered me 10 refund but if wanted a full would have to ship all back at own expense that would have cost more than a hat did
