The company is professional reliable We have always had a great relationship with our account manager Kyra Gannon she goes out of her way to offer all the support she can Understanding the processes around apprenticeships can be a minefield but Kyra is always very knowledgeable nothing is too much trouble she is always happy to explain help Signing up apprentices is a straight forward process and after enrolment the tutors have all been great for our staff giving support help They are reliable communicate well work with myself as the employer so that our goals for the learner are shared

When doing my level 2 I had the most amazing support from my personal tutor Zoe she was really understanding when I had things going on and so supportive when I didn t understand something or I needed help she would always do everything to help me I now have her for my level 3 and the same I have always had the support from my personal tutor and I can t fault them they re amazing
