A dreadful and fraught retail experience

I bought sporting good from this store three weeks ago They confirmed the order and said it was sent After a week I hadn t heard a pip I began emailing them for clarification of the order They replied that the goods were sent to DPD and that they had made an enquiry about the whereabout of the missing goods And that has been it since zero communication zero clarification of any sort and a sneering contempt for their customers It baffles me how companies doing business in the EU can get away with such abject customer service I have repeatedly asked for a refund but all my requests have fallen on deaf ears I would describe my retail experience with Sharg Pl Warsaw as dire and frustrating I have requested a charge back from my bank something I never thought I would have to resort to Stay clear of Sharg Pl unless you like pulling your own hair out by the roots with in frustration
