They R trash I got a dud TV Box that will not play I had the face page up with Youtube Settings and netflix showing yet when I go to the STB emu it just keeps saying to call provider to register this devise that was the main station I wanted and use the only 1 They refuse to give My Money back as well saying too bad I only purchased it on the 20th so no honoring at all I want to send it back just get My money back I need a lawyer The hub helps with that it is walking distance even so ya I have pics showing what say is all true I got it hooked on the wifi it is hooked up to the router and still call provider I did everything asked of Me from this place all day long yesterday and still call Your provider I m done

DO NOT buy Rude and condescending customer service We bought the android box and VPN and the sports netflix app and prime app were TERRIBLE They were very pushy about buying the android box which i found very odd They said things like we are shipping boxes out tomorrow so but it tonight do not buy their android box The app we had was via OneTv fire and it was very glitchy Had to turn off and on constantly where we gave up I had messaged the customer service regarding this and excuse after excuse was given like you spend too much time on your tv and your husband should learn about the android box he doesn t know what he is talking about They kept saying I was the only one who was complaining about it which is untrue if you look at the other reviews They said things like stop bugging me I m helping other people with real problems They started a WhatsApp chat with the customers then deleted it Just weird sketchy stuff They did not offer me a refund or for me to send the box back within the first week They said I was the problem THEY do not care if you are unhappy and speak to you like you re an idiot They did say they would give us a free year and gave us a promo code and directions on how to download in exchange for a positive review I had tried for an hour and nothing was working When I told them it wasn t working they started getting mean saying I didn t know what I was doing and I wasn t tech saavy enough The admin on what s app was the condescending person I was dealing with throughout I wish I could attach screen shots of the chat on this review Save yourself the frustration and go with another provider There are MUCH better apps and providers out there

worst iptv service

sharktv ca is the worst iptv business I ever experienced I purchased their service yesterday with e transfer I contacted their chat line and asked them what currency is payment u s or canadian they messaged me back right away and said canadian so I e transfered them payment I waited about 4 hours and contacted chat line to see when I would get sevice no response tried 5 to 6 times no response contacted through e mail no response until today they said they would get my service working here it is another 5 hours with no service in their disclaimer it says absolutely no refunds under any circumstance I wonder how many people they did this to this is the first time this has happened to me they will take my money and I get no service it is called theft so I would recommend not dealing with this service I m sure there are other people out there with the same experience with this service finally when you buy iptv use paypal they have yiur back

I would give 0 stars if I could to sharktv ca I have tried multiple times to setup my account after sending payment for 3 months service Chat line all my inquiries are unanswered I would say this site is a scam When you try to create the account after sending e-transfer the captcha spin s indefinitely No account is created No help from their chat 45 down the drain I guess I will report to BBB next

Ask for help When the app wasn t working was told to uninstall it Then the app would not reinstall and I cannot get anybody in live chat to help help Now I don t have any TV that I paid for and I m only 3 days into my subscription No customer service or help when needed

I recently purchased an annual Zeal

I recently purchased an annual Zeal subscription and it came loaded on the 98Mini android box When the service works it is excellent Unfortunately most of the time it freezes There is a Speed Test app and even though my iPhone shows my 5G wireless at 80mps it usually only connects at 1-2 mps I ve tried contacting tech support and they either can t help or leave you hanging forever for a reply to your text I m quite sure the problem is with the android box itself I see why these are being sold for 70 I would like a replacement box or if they all have the same issues go with an upgraded box as the initial salesperson suggested without telling me why

I recently purchased 1 month subscription from them and deposited the amount what and how they asked for but never got any reply from them contacted so many times and so many ways but no response from them at all thank God i have only bought 1 month to try not the whole year Be very careful they don t seem to be legit
