I d a lesser star but I don t think it works that way i checked out their site I got on their chatline and stated I didn t understand their plans They explained to me which one I would need and that was that So I signed up and paid my money Next I was told I needed to buy their 30 dollar app I was also told there was a free option It wasn t free They insisted it was nope not free So I have no subcription and i m out the cost as well oh oh yeah they don t do refunds Apparently they don t do IPTV either

I have purchased a month worth of service I have used it only 1 day live channels keep lagging and buffering constantly Delayed response to commands Expeditive and unhelpful customer service I m asking for refund they won t even answer back They are real sharks

Skip SharkTVThey have little to no support we had constant buffering most movies had issues loading Our internet speeds were good as others brought there Firesticks over plugged into my tv and had no issues I could stream on the Global app Tubi Prime TSN and others with little to know problems We had the service for 3 months starting in Jan 2024 DON T WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH SHARK TV

Very bad experience with Shark TV one day it will work for a few hours then don t work for 2 weeks I miss all my TV shows for months now It s so freaking frustrating We are so done with this piece of shit every day since we got will be a year in February
