Wow Absolutely brilliant customer service from Shark Our upright vacuum which is fantastic had developed an issue with the roller not rotating A video call with Dmitri sp to inspect the unit quickly determined the problem and a brand new part was sent on its way It arrived in less than 24 hours from our call ending Astonishing I mean the Shark vacuum is great anyway but added to such incredible customer service why would you buy any other brand

Company not product

This review is about the company I have not had the hoover long enough to pass judgement on product quality but if the service is anything to go by then I have little to worry about This all began with a visit to my local electrical superstore to buy a replacement hoover the Shark rep introduced himself and gave me really good info about the right hoover for me based on my needs he did not try to palm me off with the most expensive his info was un-bias and honest Sadly the model I needed was not in stock the rep shared the link to the web page I placed the order the same day late on a Saturday afternoon the hoover was delivered by midday the following day FOC Service of this level is rare but welcomed Well done Shark keep up the great standard

I bought a Shark Anti-Hair Wrap HZ500UK Upright Vacuum Cleaner 3 years ago Extended warranty for 5 years I have had the cleaner for 3 years For ages the brushes have been clogging up with debris despite cleaning it frequently The anti hair wrap not working Emailed the company and got a reply almost instantly with a contact number We had a video call and Shark are sending out a replacement floor tool and it is already been dispatched the same day Brilliant Service and looking forward to effortless vaccuming

Dyson V Shark

Switched from a Dyson pet less than 2 years old and after getting ragdoll kittens this hoover has been so disappointing After reading lots of reviews on a cat forum Shark won hands down so it arrived last night just had my first play WOW WOW WOW I am so happy with it my carpets actually look and feel better I will just carry on looking after my new best friend like I always did with the Dyson making sure you empty every day and check and clean filters etc and I hope to have hassle free carpet cleaning Thank you shark

Very impressive level of customer sercice

I was more than impressed with the customer service I received from Shark I phoned them late yesterday as I had an issue with the hose and the friendly person Jess was so helpful She sent out a new hose and handle plus a new motor base which arrived this afternoon As the guarantee was still in force it didn t cost anything This is the most efficient customer service I have ever experienced

Outstanding product and service

First of all The upright vacuum cleaner is the best that I have ever used Way better than any of the others on the market including Dyson Secondly the Customer Services department is exceptional After a year of use there was a fault with one of the wheels and I phoned the customer care department and they didn t hesitate to put a new part in the post free of charge straight away It s so nice to be able to give a decent review on trustpilot rather than moan Fabulous service from shark and a fabulous product
